I decided to visit this store in…read moreMarseille since it is our only French city visit and I was in the mood to buy something fancy and French. Longchamp, Marseille does not disappoint. At first glance the store is a bit intimidating. Sales people are dressed in black and accessorized with a short Longchamp scarf. Once I established that I was truly there to purchase something unique to France (and not there to gawk) the SA went into action. She pulled out a pink nylon long handled bag with a cat face embroidered on one side and Miaow on the other side. I hate cats but there was something about this bag that I liked. Plus the price was around 95 Euro and relatively inexpensive by U.S. Standards. As I perused the rest of the store, it dawned upon me that nearly half of the merchandise was on sale! Even better! Long story short, I ended up getting the cat bag and a bunch of fond memories! This is a great store with friendly and helpful SAs! Highly recommended!

I happened to look at my little leather piece today and admired the design and smoothness of the…read moreleather. It's a real cute and unique memory of a shopping stroll I took with my parents while in Montpellier. The young lady working in the shop was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She would politely offer style tips here and there, never becoming pushy or aggressively trying to sell. This is a great store to hop in while in the town square. You won't regret it.
