Hermes Deutschland is the WORST. I sent two boxes from Leipzig to my home in France. One arrived. The second was sent back once it arrived in France. For 3 weeks, no one has answered my numerous online inquiries or even my Verlustmeldung (Lost Claim). When you try to call the customerservice numbers --which are NOT free (OUTRAGEOUS!) --you are disconnected or it says to call later. I called the Hamburg HQ and the operator refused to transfer me to a supervisor or executive in charge of customer service. NEVER again will I use Hermes. Best to stick with UPS or FEDEX.
