Hermes Germany deserves a 0. Worst delivery service I've ever seen. The parcels are always late and they make you wait for days at home for nothing. I'm from Hungary, but we are not on the map on this site. :-) Shortly: A package from Germany to Hungary cannot find me. I can see in the online tracking data that my address is "unknown", but I can't contact the actual agent to clarify the situation. I don't even know which office to call, because it is not Hermes (see below). It seems that Hermes does not control the process, since they cannot find the courier who delivers the package from Wien, Austria to Budapest! Or at least they tell this bs to their customers. First obstacle: there is nobody who speaks English in Hermes Austria, there is nobody who speaks English in Hermes Germany. I called both of them using the _public contact phone numbers_. And Hermes International knows nothing of Hermes Germany's parcels, and so on. Also, I sent out a lot of emails - there's no answer except some automated acknowledgements. Second obstacle: my friend who speaks German well could get some words out of the German and Austrian Hermes offices: it is perhaps the Austrian Post Office what is at the end of the delivery chain, and even if I want to help them with my whereabouts (that they should not have the slightest problem with) I cannot give/talk/send them at all... The sender also contacted Hermes, but he's got the same answers. I can see in the Hermes's tracking system the next lines spinning in circles: "parcel is sorted", "trying do deliver", "address is unknown"... It is a perfect lie, my address is unchanged in the last 30 years, I got hundreds of packages here (using the same Paypal account with the same address and phone number). So, I am helplessly waiting for the package to go back to the sender at last, who will send it by a real company, not this one. I am willing to take further actions because of this scandalous way of doing business. P.S.: I got the first response (in English at last) just minutes before from Hermes that the parcel will be delivered today (the due date is 5 days before), but they only want to talk with the sender for the "resolution". No questions for my additional data or anything else. If the courier did NOT find my address three times and did NOT call me, HOW could this delivery attempt end differently today??
