My main contact, Joe Pascua, has been completely unresponsive and constantly procrastinating on the project. At first, they claimed they couldn't start until they received more information once they got it, they added another four weeks to the schedule. After I submitted payment, communication became sparse and inconsistent. Joe repeatedly promised updates and completion dates that never materialized. This ongoing lack of communication and follow-through has cost me hundreds of dollars per day in delays, and continues as I have yet to receive the finished permit-ready drawings. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company they do not deliver on their commitments or communicate in a timely manner. If you don't have money to waste stay away.

They did a wonderful job on our shop inspection, and the home design they are doing for us is coming along beautifully. I can't recommend them enough, whether you need an architect, structural engineer, designer, or anything in between, whatever your home needs are go to these guys! They will take good care of you! P.S. If you see this same review for Rueppell Home Design/Design Build NW, it's because the companies are related and I wanted to give these wonderful guys a shout out everywhere I could!

We will definitely hire Mehl Homes for our "phase 2" remodel in the future! Ethan is easy-going & very personable, knows the ins/outs of home building, has good communication & response times whenever texted/called/emailed, offers very reasonable prices, and does a great job keeping the project going. Our architect friend was very impressed with Ethan's knowledge and speed on the project. Ethan was also very flexible when we wanted to make minor changes along the way plus offered good suggestions of his own. I highly recommend Ethan - he does high-quality work and it was a pleasure doing business with him!!

My husband and I have been working with them since 2020. Our first project was our 480 sq ft casita in our new home. The casita had not been touched since the house was built in the late 80's and it was very outdated. The first two estimates I receives were in the high 40's and 50's to remodel the 480 sq ft. CCD's estimate was in the low 30's and they stayed in budget and only went over schedule a few days which was not their fault. Every tradesman we have to go into the casita has postive comments on the workmanship. Tom and his team created a beautiful space that we could have my mother use while she is here in WA helping take care of our daughter. We have since used them in other projects in our main house: - adding a closet system for our daughter's room - adding a window to our basement guest room - closet system for the owner's suite - creating additional storage in our daughter's room - adding safety rails in our home - creating a statement wall in the owner's suite - making custom window treatments for the owner's suite - removing old built in from the house that were installed when the house was built in 88 - creating storage, statement wall and a custom desk for my office. My husband and I highly recommend Tom Lyman, Charlie Brown & the CCD team. They do amazing work!

Other companies we had before would cut corners, but Considerate took the time to make sure we were happy with the end result. For example, after having some molding installed we realized it wasn't the look we wanted. While some contractors might have been frustrated, instead Considerate promptly replaced it with one more to our taste, free of charge! I've never seen a company striving so much to make their customers happy. The owner assured me that their motto is to not leave a job until the customer gives the go ahead, and in my case they clearly lived up to that work ethic. We love our new bathroom; thank you Considerate!!

I contacted 3 of them and received quotes, including one that advertises extensively as being experts in outdoor spaces. I still had reservations and got two more quotes, including one from CREX construction. Anthony with CREX came out and met with me to discuss materials and discuss the project and asked enough questions so that the entire project would be well thought out. His follow up with the design work, dropping off extra samples, and communication was head and shoulders above the others so I went with CREX. What WASN'T head and shoulders above the rest was the price- CREX was right in line with the market and the other four quotes. I've owned a home for 30 years and have worked with dozens of contractors and various projects. Anthony wasn't just a face for the business to get signed bids up front and then disappear only to send in inexpensive and inexperienced workers. Anthony was there onsite with his foreman, Juan, and they both did an amazing job! Every board cut and every detail was precise and exactly as I had hoped. I was very impressed with CREX.
