Worst customer service ever. was told 6-8 months. 9 months later was told i was never told that…read more 9 1/2 mo. later i picked up the bear rug (looks like flying squirrel my on wall). Excess trimming on arms and stomach are to thank for that. And the shop didnt even put a brush to the rug before it left shop. Taxidermist does not take responsibility for tanneries over trimming. If you want over priced less than par mediocre taxidermy go here. Its a big sales pitch. Go to High Country in Meridian. They do great work.

I was under the…read moreimpression the cape was the neck back to the shoulders not the entire face back to the shoulders. terry is a nice guy in person but on the phone doesn't wanna explain anything. Poor communication ruined my elk mount he had already cut the rack off my skull by the time I made it home and found out the cape was the face back to the shoulders pretty bummed. Id only go here if you have prior experience with taxidermy and know exactly what you want I didn't want my rack on a different elk. 320in rack for reference

Repeated calls have gotten me "We will send a letter when its ready" and still no skull. At this point, im just going to call it a loss and 3D print a skull and carry on. Never again.
