He had my car (bmw 5 series) for a full week and i seriously could not believe my eyes when I went back to pick it up. This man is in a completely different league to any of the other detailers I have used in the past. the results were truly staggering. To be honest I was going to sell the car after it was done which is why I went there in the first place but now I've seen it there's no way I'm selling it now. It's like my car is actually made of glass and everyone always comments on how amazing my car looks considering it is nearly 14 years old. It looks better than when it was brand new. i don't know how he does it but you can tell just by talking to him that he puts his heart and soul into every car he works on. Highly recommended and theres no way I will ever take my car anywhere else now I've found this one in a million detailer. And to top it all off, he's a Black Country bloke through and through. i have had my alloys refurbed 3 times, each time has been bad…read more the 1st refurb, the guy who did them ran out of paint and left the grey showing through, the edge had bubbled and pitted down to the metaland the holes were damaged where they put my bolts back.the 2nd refurb all they seemd to do was touch up the edge which blistered onto the face and left over spray on my tyres. on collecting my partners car before returning for the 3rd time, john said that i could have £30 back from my refurb for the inconvenience of coming back, he then also said that if they are not 100% when i have my car back then i can have the rest of my money back to have them done somewhere else. on collecting my car after the 3rd "refrub" i told them that i will clean my car off the next day to allow for extra drying, before i even cleaned my car i found a run mark. i contacted john who said to bring it back for him to redo at the end of the week, i said i havnt checked the others so will call back. on checking the others there is a rag/material impression on one, marks in hole where my bolts have been put back in and 2 more runs on the alloy. i have now been told im not gettin my money back as damages like this happen? i advised them that i will be writing a bad review which they responded they will about me? FOR WHAT!
