Recently went to this center, and overall it was a good experience. Her Choice's services are completely free, as they're largely run by donations. When I went there everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. They are also completely confidential and comply with HIPPA. I had a free pregnancy test done there and got the opportunity to talk to someone who was there to listen. My result was negative, but I felt very welcomed at this center and can see myself coming again if needed. I was also provided with all kinds of information about local doctors, social services agencies, and other resources that I found helpful. Other literature I was offered included information about the stages & development of pregnancy, all possible pregnancy options, healthy relationships, and legal rights among much more. All of the information and sources cited in the literature are also credible and medically accurate. The location is also convenient, particularly for BGSU students as it is right next to campus near the Student Union and Dunkin Donuts (there is also free parking available). While they are not able to provide comprehensive medical services (they do pregnancy tests & ultrasounds as well as counseling), they do provide info on finding them in the area and are a great resource to talk about potential unplanned pregnancy and other related issues. I recently saw a news article about this center that was particularly negative, but my experience was nothing like this. I would for sure recommend this center. read more
