She took some great photos as well and shared them with us, one of which was a very special candid moment between myself and my friends of over 35 years, who supplied the "something borrowed" for me to carry with me down the aisle. That quickly became one of my favorite photos taken that day, and I'm so grateful that she captured it. Our wedding day was no doubt the happiest, best day of our lives and we are SO grateful that we chose Nan to be a part of it. Throughout the planning process, Vilma communicated in a timely manner, took all of my pinterest photo inspiration & asked clarifying questions to ensure that my vision was coming together. Vilma's team carried out our ceremony rehearsal and executed the day-of, without a hitch. And if there was a hitch, we couldn't tell. Everything from our floral designs, modern wedding arch, cocktail tables to our reception centerpieces exceeded our expectations. The flowers were fresh and popped with color. And the ceremony and reception space felt romantic and modern, which is just what we wanted. Thank you, to Vilma and the team at Cherished Ceremonies. We would live our wedding day over, 100 times, thanks to your services and beautiful creations!

She took the time to get to know us with many questions, assisted with our vows, and gave us many passages to chose from for beautiful readings at our wedding. Our wedding which was arranged for 6 months after we started speaking with Grace, ended up being cancelled and postponed for a little over a year later. We started speaking on the phone with Grace August 2022, and it felt like a rollercoaster for us as a couple, we couldn't have done it without Grace's support and knowledge. Besides Grace being understanding, a year later she was still there and contacting us in-between. We finally had our perfect wedding September 30th, 2023. However, it should be well noted that the end result was largely based on the efforts of our family and friends. While the lights provided by the venue contributed enormously to the ambiance of the evening, a lot of effort was put in by us to make the event memorable. We needed to clean the bathrooms, the tables provided were in bad shape and we needed to roll them out and set them up. Many of the table cloths they provided were stained and unusable. We had an issue with some of the lights not working and Rick (the owner) did come out and was able to fix them; however it would have been appreciated if someone had come out to check in and see how things were going. Bottom line, you can have a beautiful event here, but know you will have to put in the effort so consider it a DIY event. And for all that, 25$ taken out of our deposit!
