This 100+ year old institution is a sprawling testament to tobaccos in all their forms. On the two floors are cigars from practically every corner of the globe. And the best part? They are all very affordable ... at least compared to prices in my neck of the woods (San Francisco). The smoking lounge in the basement is nicely cozy yet expansive, with a full bar to boot. I spent many hours here during my vacation just kicking back and relaxing with a vengeance. After all, that's what a vacation should be, right? ;-) The staff is highly knowledgeable and accommodating. Be sure to get their recommendations to expand your palate. Next time I'm in Cologne, I'm definitely coming back here.
