I was in this store 04/14/18 around 1:00 p.m. It was busy, but not crowded. The layout was nice,…read morevery inviting. I took about 5 items into the dressing room to try on. Any woman knows, it takes a while to try on and decide on lingerie, so by the time I came out of the dressing room, I was tired and hot. Not only that but it seemed as if a dozen saleswomen told me their name to remember if I needed help, which we all know is code for "tell them I was helping you when you check out so I'll get credit for it". But honestly, who can remember even a single name when they're being thrown at you at every single turn? Then I got in line. I was 5th in line with 3 people behind me and they only had one person at the register. At one point, even THAT person walked away for a few minutes while we all muttered under our breath. The customer at the front of the line even turned around and remarked "yet we STILL shop here!" It was completely unacceptable for such a prime shopping time. The employee returned and the line grew to about 14 people, moving slowly. If I hadn't already invested so much time in the dressing room and making my choices, I would've walked out. Finally, someone else came to work a 2nd register. This only helped slightly. It was hot in the store, and the lines were still moving slowly. Once I finally got up to check out, I was asked if anyone was helping me (as predicted) and I just said no. I understand the purpose, but there's got to be a better system! Then, one of the items I purchased rang at full price and I was sure it was supposed to be on sale. When I questioned the cashier about it and pointed to the display where I picked the item up, she blew me off and told me the sale only applied to some other items. Again, I was hot, tired, and just ready to get the heck out of there (and not hold up all the people waiting behind me), so I just paid for my items and walked away. On my way out, I called an associate over to the display in question, showed her the item I had purchased, and she agreed that it was supposed to have been on sale. But the only way to get my discount back was to GET BACK IN THAT DREADED CHECKOUT LINE FROM HELL. I figured, since it was THEIR mistake - and I had even pointed it out at the time of checkout - the least they could do was have a cashier make me a quick priority to correct the error. But no, she explained that standing in line was my only option. I left with my purchases, but I intend to return them at a location closer to home. Hopefully another location will be a better experience.
