I don't know what they put in it, the closest thing I can come up with is pickle juice. I don't know what it was but they need to change it. The red sauce is sweet, very thin and lacked any other flavor except sweet. The garlic bread they serve with the red sauce lacked flavor also. we tried to cover up the bad taste of the sauce with Parmesan but it didn't work. The Tira Misu has a good flavor but it was a little dry. I really would like to teach them how to make a good red sauce because they are such nice people. We didn't try the alfredo, i hope it is not sweet also. Some people might like it because some people like a sweet sauce, but this is the reason I stopped eating red sauces in restaurants. Most of them use to be like this. I do eat it now in some restaurants, but sugar should not be in red sauce ever. If it is the tomato sauce they are using that should change also. I am sorry I cannot find something really nice to say about the food. I wanted to like it. maybe Italian food is just not their thing.
