This was by far the dirtiest Smoothie King I've ever visited. The scoop reservoir had visible mold…read moreand old banana residue floating on top of the water -- completely unacceptable and unsanitary. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, there was frozen, rotten food sitting in the cooler. Cleanliness is the bare minimum when serving food, and this location failed miserably. I left immediately and will not be returning. Management seriously needs to address their sanitation standards before someone gets sick. I love Smoothie King and will probably never order through a drive thru again and will always do an inspection before ordering. this was all notice after I ordered and I literally walked out and threw my drink away wasting 8.00

I am giving Prespas a 3 star rating not for the food, but because the people were so nice. I feel…read morebad that the food was horrible. The salad dressing was so pungent I couldn't eat the salad. I don't know what they put in it, the closest thing I can come up with is pickle juice. I don't know what it was but they need to change it. The red sauce is sweet, very thin and lacked any other flavor except sweet. The garlic bread they serve with the red sauce lacked flavor also. we tried to cover up the bad taste of the sauce with Parmesan but it didn't work. The Tira Misu has a good flavor but it was a little dry. I really would like to teach them how to make a good red sauce because they are such nice people. We didn't try the alfredo, i hope it is not sweet also. Some people might like it because some people like a sweet sauce, but this is the reason I stopped eating red sauces in restaurants. Most of them use to be like this. I do eat it now in some restaurants, but sugar should not be in red sauce ever. If it is the tomato sauce they are using that should change also. I am sorry I cannot find something really nice to say about the food. I wanted to like it. maybe Italian food is just not their thing.
