We were moving out of state in a week and had to get the house relisted before leaving. We signed with her and she sprung into action! She put up signs right away and had a showing the next day. She came over before we left to collect keys and talk over a few things. Amy or someone from her office checked on the house often and updated us on the status. When we had a contract, she took care of the minor issues caused by the buyers quickly and efficiently. Amy always had a contact or contractor to call to fix the situation. Her contacts saved us a lot of time and money. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone buying or selling a house. I've worked with several realtors and she's the first one I can honestly recommend to anyone!

I would never rent off of this place good thing is they don't own this house they manage it for someone else and they still can't do the maintenance like they're supposed to. They have to tear up our kitchen floor to put new pipes in the kitchen they also have to put new drainage system pipes in and fix are hot water. I would not recommend this agent to anyone friend or foe. I went out of MY way to accommodate the appointment and to be cancelled on without cause was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Can't imagine her level of integrity in an actual real estate transaction?
