When an agent says, "this house doesn't fit you", you know you have an honest agent who isn't just looking for a quick sale. They are many levels above your average realtor team, from constant communication and updates to easing our worries in the stressful situation that is selling and buying homes; you could not find a more professional team. There was no request or question that they did not take care of immediately. We really felt so confident with them in our corner. My husband and I will honestly miss our daily group chats with them as they became friends to us. Monica helped us purchase our new replacement home at the same time we were selling our house and made the process not only easy, but also fun. She absolutely has her clients' best interest at heart and you can tell that she has a passion for what she does. Like I said, this is not your average realtor. Thank you for everything Monica, Matt, and team.

Yelp Cliff Notes: Despite the unpredictable and difficult…read moremarket, Javier and Ana thrive under pressure. They were able to solicit a whopping 25% off asking price for our new property. It was so competitive, that multiple loan officers and Contractors could not believe the purchase price Javier negotiated for us. Highly, highly, recommend. Yelp Unabridged Version: Oof, did I eat my words. 2020 was a difficult year for buyers, but 2023 has been even more complicated. With our reckoning with high mortgage rates, historically low inventory, and inflation, we were nervous about purchasing a property in 2023. Javier and Ana were phenomenal in exercising patience, round the clock support, sharing real estate insight, assertive negotiating, and significant intervention in ensuring all of the pieces: loan, insurance, escrow, etc were aligned so we would lock in the property. If they'll have us, we will continue to partner with them for all our real estate endeavors for the rest of our lives. This great property didn't come easy, as Javier, not the Seller's Agent, caught an error in their documents that caused a 3 month delay of court approvals that the Seller needed to resolve. Javier gave us timely feedback and insight, which ultimately led us to getting a phenomenal property for an even better price. Truly, if you want the best agents, work with Javier and Ana.

I was an out-of-state buyer, looking for a second home in the San Gabriel Valley. I knew exactly…read morewhat I was looking for - a single level townhouse with an attached two-car garage, which I learned is rare in the SGV. My plan was to drive to LA each time a promising listing appeared on Zillow. I needed an agent who was patient, flexible, understood that I wasn't going to settle for just any house that didn't match my needs, and let me primarily drive the search, while also sending me listings that fit. I had to reject one agent who wasn't interested in my approach. Enter Javier and Ana! I was so lucky to find them here on Yelp. They let me drive the search and only contacted me when a listing came up that matched my criteria. Often, they contacted me about one I was already interested in, having seen it appear that day on Zillow. This shows that they really listened to me. They never tried to show me houses that didn't fit, just to rush the process. I went to LA a couple of times and visited houses that looked good online but, for one reason or another, I didn't like the houses when seeing them in person. It only took about three months for us to find a very, very good match which checked all my boxes. I drove to LA, visited it, and made an offer that day. Javier got my offer accepted against two competing offers. While in escrow, he kept a sharp eye on the details, informing me along the way. He was consistently accessible whenever I had questions. Any R.E. transaction has some surprises and some stress, and so did this one. Javier and Ana took it all in stride, explained my options, and always put my interests first. They have an extensive understanding of the market. Despite the house being a rare find, they were able to negotiate a significant price reduction to cover a portion of the repairs that my buyer's inspector had identified. We closed escrow, and happily, the house is now mine. They truly put my interests first from the beginning of the search process to close of escrow. They are both wise, patient, kind, decent, soft-spoken, trustworthy, customer-centric people. I recommend the wonderful team of Javier and Ana highly.

Over the…read morecourse of two years, Matt helped us navigate several different real estate matters, and throughout every step of the process, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to our best interests. He helped us: Search for a mobile home purchase -- a type of transaction that many agents do not typically handle. Sell our home nearly two years ago, which to this day remains the most expensive home sold in our community. Review lease agreements when we needed to rent temporarily while waiting for our new home to be completed. Purchase our new property. Our first experience with Matt was when we were considering purchasing a mobile home for a family member. The purchase price was under $200,000, and there were many aspects of the transaction that were not straightforward. Matt was incredibly patient and diligent throughout the search process. When we reached the point of considering an offer, he provided honest thoughts and recommendations -- even when his advice could have resulted in no purchase and no commission for him. That level of integrity meant a lot to us. When he helped us sell our home, we fully trusted his expertise. At the same time, we always felt that he truly listened to our goals, hopes, and expectations and incorporated them into the strategy he created. His guidance helped us achieve an outstanding outcome. Matt also took the time to answer our questions regarding our temporary rental situation, personally reviewed agreements, and provided thoughtful suggestions to help us negotiate better terms. He was instrumental in helping us coordinate timing, resources, and logistics so we could meet all of the builder's requirements and successfully purchase the home we wanted. What stood out most was that Matt treated every situation with the same level of care and dedication -- whether it involved a mobile home purchase, selling our house, reviewing lease agreements on his personal time, or helping us purchase an estate property. We always felt that he genuinely cared about what was best for us, not just the transaction. Matt is not only an exceptional real estate professional, but also simply a good person to know and someone you can trust as a resource for any real estate or home-related questions. We are truly grateful for all of his help and would recommend him without hesitation.
