I kept asking for him and his engineer friend to provided a pipe assessment to assess how the pipes were adding flooding to our land at a substantial cost. Johnston and his friend kept pushing me away from the final assessment so i went to acap. Acap provided no assistance and paraphrasing stated that lawyer's are allowed to pursue cases against the ligitgant's wishes. I am a medical professional and we always present the diagnosis and treatment plans to our clients and they decide their paths.
