Update: I went back into this establishment yesterday to…read morereplace the broken item I received. The same young man who helped me the day prior was behind the counter. He already had the replacement ready. He was kind, courteous and apologized for the item being broken. There was also a huge note on the door that stated to please open your packages before leaving. It was in plain sight so there should be no confusion. So my conclusion is that no one was trying to get the better of me. They replaced the broken vape with another. This was not the "employees" fault. (It never was to begin with.) I will be back if and when I'm in the area. This place is awful! Went to my car to open vape and put it in the battery and it looked like oil mixed with water. The owner wasn't going to replace it because I hadn't opened it in the store. Had no idea I COULD do that. He blames the guy who helped me and replaces it. I get home and this one is broken. Unusable! Spent money on crap! DO not do business with these people. It's highway robbery. I will also let anyone else who is getting into CBD know as well. I'm not some 19 yr old kid out for a high. I'm a grown adult looking to ease pain and anxiety. I went in there to SPECIFICALLY buy dummies, i told the girl there, that's what I wanted. She sold me buds. I DIDNT even walk out of the store nor open it. She REFUSED to exchange or refund my money.
