I went into the local store in Orland Park, IL to buy them. Almost immediately upon entering the store, a woman asked if she could help me find anything. Unfortunately, she said that Himalay Amla is no longer carried by Vitamin Shoppe. She suggested that I try a local mom-and-pop store (My Vitality) down the street. She was able to order the other product for me and was kind enough to waive the shipping charges. The lady's name is Colleen S. (on her name tag). She said I would have the item in a few days. She was absolutely wonderful and very nice. I was really impressed by her desire to help me find what I was looking for, suggest a competitor as a possible source, her willingness to research how to get me what I wanted and putting in an order for me. This is my second visit to this particular Vitamin Shoppe. I am impressed by the level of service offered. The first visit was also rewarding, as the middle aged gentleman who waited on me was very helpful. Unfortunately, the product I wanted was not carried by Vitamin Shoppe. The staff there is top notch.
