On one occasion I missed my pick up window, which was totally my fault. However when I contacted them via email and phone number I received no response. I had left two voicemails and two emails. After 6 days I got a email from the manager saying they could drop off my order which I was happy with. I decided to give them one more chance, a decision I would regret. This time I requested a delivery. I waited an hour and 30 minutes, after no delivery I made a call and sent an email. Now it is the next day and I still have no correspondence from the company. They're happy to take your money and leave you hanging. I hope my review saves you from the headache I've gone through twice. I wish this company would clean up the service because the idea is great.

Not once was I offered home shipping to order what I have been wanting, I was just laughed at and told "there's no way you come here everyday to look" which if you look at the transaction history and the amount of points I have used I am indeed in there every single day Monday thru Friday.
