I am a regular costumer of HEMA. Not only in Enschede. Whenever I come Europe I buy many stuff from there. I used to be satisfied with the quality of stuffs and service provided.
But now,
I HATE SALES GIRLS in HEMA.
And I promise I will not shop anymore in there.
They cheated me.

Yesterday (1 August 2015) I went HEMA to buy some cloths and others. I could not find trial room. I used to use before. The girl in the counter said HEMA does not have trial room. And she suggested try at home if don't fit come to return the day after. I agreed and bought 16 different stuffs.
She was doing so mess while entering prices into the system. She did not remove hangers and she did not fold cloths and hurriedly she put inside a big polythene bag. I asked her why she was in rush. She did not reply. I paid 78.80.Euro.
I went next store to look and buy some more stuffs. Finally, I went to V&D. I bought some more stuffs there.
Afterwards, I tried to manage my bags, HEMA bag was unnecessarily big. I tried to remove some hangers to manage, then I realized, there was not trousers which I bought.
Because I bought two set of trousers for my kids. There was only one. I went back. The store was about to close. The girl whom I paid was cleaning the floor. In the counter another girl was there.
I try to explain, the same girl came and she called the other a bit mature lady. I explain to her. But she did not listen to me, She lied the payment for trousers was not made but that was other stuff. I wanted to check one by one but she did not allow me. I said I don't need hangers, I want to check all stuffs with the payment receipt. Since I don't understand Dutch I need time to check. She hurriedly packed all stuff and gave that to me. I wanted to buy trousers so I tried to find the same. Obviously, that was not there. Then, I bought the bigger sized trousers for my small kids, again. Because I wanted buy for both of them.
I again surprised, when the new girl charged me 4.5 euro for the same trousers for which previous girl charged 6 Euro. I asked why? she said this is because of HEMA's 25% discount scheme. I again asked (pointing fingers to previous girl), I got 25% discount now, why not before for the same stuff.
Again mature lady came and told I got discount in total amount. I wanted to verify. She said it was late for them. So, I left.
When I came home and look in receipt I did not find any discount in receipt mentioned. I found some stuff which I don't have charged in there. I decided to return the stuffs.
This afternoon (first Sunday of August), one of my friends reminded me at about 4. o clock, that market is open today. I rush to the market and request to return stuffs. The mature lady again came, they might spoke in phone. I got return 67 Euro. I paid 78.80 euro yesterday. Now they are returning me 67 why? I kept 2 euro stuff at home. You keep 11 euro why? I asked.
She said the other two stuffs are also with me.
9 euro, no mater.
But, I am very honest person. They cheated me and shouted at me.
The person that should be realized her mistake and be corrected was the girl whom I paid yesterday (first time). To hide her mistake or bad intention all dutch staffs in HEMA unite and hurt me because I was foreigner, I cannot speak Dutch.
But, remember I am very honest human being. I don't hate Dutch people. However, I hate CHEATER like you.
One thing is sure, I will not shop HEME anymore.
