I used the service but was harasassed by the many reminders of payment. I paid as agreed however I paid over what was due. I politely requested a refund which I was told last year I would get. I never got it. I started to call and leave messages no return calls. and it seem like I was being a bother to them. I showed up to the office and was told by Porshia she closed the books from last year. how do you balance books with an overpayment? Said she had more important things than refunding my money. I told her this was not good business. she said me calling and stopping by was not going to make her pay me any faster. fair is fair.
