Patrick was referred to us by a friend who manages a Apartment Community. She swore by him and said we would not be disappointed. She was right!
We had some water damage to some drywall in our home, and some other small things we wanted to have addressed, and Patrick came out and walked through the house with us as we pointed out the areas of concern. He came back with an estimate that was quite fair for the work we needed to have done, and we scheduled to have him come out. Each day when I got home from my office my wife would give me the update of what was accomplished that day, and his work was on point. On one occasion I spotted something and mentioned it to my wife, the next day she mentioned it and it was addressed before the day was done.
We had mentioned we were getting quotes for some painting and he gave us his estimate, which happened to be less than the other two quotes we had obtained, and to be frank I was so impressed with the work he did we accepted his quote and had him come out to do the paint work. Over the weekend my wife decided she wanted to change the lighting in our kitchen, purchased the new lights, and when I got home on Monday he had already installed the lights even though he was in the house to paint. He does EVERYTHING! Electrical, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and tile work. I have been impressed by his professionalism, easy going manner, and his ability to multi-task. We have started to refer him to friends, but sometimes you have to take to the internet to sing praises for your contractor.
