The amazing staff will always offer assistance and to transfer items from another location if they have it in the company inventory. They purposefully ask for your name, offer to help shop, and even provide styling support. Last weekend I went to their warehouse sale and had a blast! Karen was incredibly helpful with enhancing my work wardrobe while giving honest feedback on fit. When I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by an employee by the name of Aly. I informed Aly that I was looking for clothing for a 5 year old, and she pointed me to the appropriate section. I'm used to walking into outlet stores that look like they've been hit by a typhoon. However, this particular store was well organized. As I mentioned before, my son is growing really fast and pretty tall for his age. Therefore, I was a bit indecisive when it came to selecting clothes that would fit, but still give him some extra space to grow into. Aly not only pointed me to a collection of fashionable (keyword)pants that had an adjustable waistband, but she also suggested an appropriate size based on his height. Less than ten minutes later, I had selected a couple of items and was at the register ready to be rung up. To my delight, the items I selected were 40% off the tagged price (apparently I was so excited when I walked in that I failed to notice the huge 30%-50% off sale sign). To make matters even better, I realized that I had a coupon for an additional 20% off (Carter's occasionally emails these coupons when you make a purchase)! We found a cute kids tee, but couldn't find the size we needed for a tank top or sweatshirt. I was able to get a staff member to help with reaching items hung high on the wall. They have different personalized name items, & I like the style & quality of the one we picked out.
