This is such a cute little store..the 2 ladies are sweet as can be. Prices are excellent! The only reason I didn't leave 5*s...the hours. It seems like its closed more than they're open. By the time I get moving in the morning, they're closed for lunch, then they close for the day a couple hours after they return from lunch. Doesn't leave a lot of time to just stop in while out & about. I have to plan on being there at a certain time to allow enough time to shop...I shop for hours as I like to look at everything since I shop for everybody in my family. The store is always clean & organized..I love shopping here, just wish I could more often. Be sure to bring cash or a check...No debit/credit cards accepted. read more

This is the only location I visited on this trip and while it hasn't incentivized me to visit here again, I'd probably stop at others of this chain to hunt for good deals.

The store is so cute! The mix of nostalgic candy, rare finds, antiques, ice cream, coffee, and bulk items can be overwelming, but in a positive way. It is almost like a candy / treat store and a museum all in one. On this trip, I got some coffee sample packets for my husband's Easter basket, a frappe for each of us, and a couple of candies for the household. The shop is bursting with products, so the aisles are a bit tight for passing people stopped to check out the fun products. Caledonia is a charming little village with shops, eats, and several outdoor adventures in the area.

We ordered an ice cream flight with five samples, perfect for sharing since we couldn't decide on just one of the many delicious flavors. The assortment of chocolates looked amazing too. Upstairs, you can stroll through a collection of antiques that add even more charm to the place. We really enjoyed our visit -- it's a place that makes you slow down, take it all in, and maybe leave with a few extra treats you didn't plan on.

Located just 10 minutes down the road from Six Flags Amusement Park on the old Route 66. A pleasant ride with country scenery on both sides. There is a place called Red Cedar Inn (owned by the City of Pacific) to welcome visitors to the area. Just past a Silica plant the area opens up to businesses on both sides of the highway. There are three places out there that feature antiques, collectibles and in one instance a nice clothing boutique. The new place is Route 66 Goodies on the left if driving westbound. This place is packed with third party curated merchandise. Most are open booths where customers can handle items, with a wall of locked cases on one side. The cases are necessary in one case to preserve the condition of the collectibles inside (like new toys from the 1990s-early 1990s, comics and trading cards). There is also nice glassware and a few pieces of antique and vintage furniture. I recommend checking it out someday and have lunch at one of the many restaurants that are spouting up here and there.
