Everything about Dr. Heinen's practice is absolutely first class. I know this as I worked with a Chiropractor in Wa. state for the last 18 years of my 30 year career in the medical field in multiple capacities. I have seen the inner workings of many Chiropractic practices over those 18 years so my initial remark is a bit more than an educated guess.
I'am starting my 3rd month of treatment for moderate to severe low back pain, degenerative disc disease, degenerative joint disease and osteoarthritis. The initial x-ray's taken revealed this as well as my right hip being higher than the left. I could actually see this in the mirror. I had virtually no disc space at the L5-S1 junction as well.
My treatment plan consisted of chiropractic adjustments, cold laser therapy, electrical stimulation and intersegmental traction.
Subjectively I currently have virtually no pain. My second set of x-ray's showed a comparitively marked improvement in the elevation of my right hip. They are about 75% level now. There is also a visible improvement in the aforementioned narrowed disc space as well which I thought was hopeless.
You simply cannot argue with x-ray findings.
Personally Dr. Heinen is a fantastic D.C.. I found him to be thorough, knowledgeable, professional and generous. He is genuinely concerned with your health and his role in improving it. He loves his work and that is apparent. At the same time he has a sense of humor, is very personable, kinda laid back and is a pleasure to interact with.
All other treatment modalities and front office duties were performed by Dr. Heinen's staff of absolutely lovely and talented ladies. Like their employer they are always kind, friendly and professional with personality! They are awesome!! You will love them.
This office is run with precision, professionalism, and warm friendly personalities and it has been a true pleasure to experience.
