He gave me an honest opinion about what he felt was best on the menu and why-- I was thankful for that. I ordered the fried chicken burger because they fry it fresh right there for you, versus the burger patties that are pre-made. The fried chicken burger comes with a thin swirl of barbecue sauce and it wasn't as juicy as I hoped for it to be (especially if I'm going out of my way to eat fried food!). They only have ketchup, mustard or mayonnaise for sauce options and I don't like either of them so I ended up sticking to the barbecue swirl which would have been nice if there was a bit more on the chicken burger. It comes with chips (fries) that are thick cut and not greasy at all. Absolutely no salt on the fries, which was fine with me as long as I have a package of salt to add, which they provided. There's not too much to choose from on the menu but the fried chicken sandwich did the trick for now. Overall: I think their employees are better than the food. They were amazing, helpful, and don't seem annoyed by their jobs. They made sure to smile, ask what I needed, and even asked how I enjoyed the food before leaving. Great team!

The bartenders were super nice and friendly (always a pleasant surprise) and were talking to the other regulars about what they did last night and what they plan to do after work. Super casual. It seemed like they were also very knowledgeable about beer so if you're not sure, you can consult with them to get recommendations. The beer was great and there were a lot of options. The location is near the park and also near a tram stop if you want to take public transport after your beers (or beer tour, in my case). I hope to do the beer tour again when I'm in Amsterdam and therefore come back to Craft & Draft.

However, they serve beverages and a continental breakfast with fruits available. There are 2 showers and, if you have done traveling, you know this can be a welcome relief after a long flight and during your lay over. However, we were departing so the showers were not needed. This lounge looks out at the KLM planes and a few British Airways gates. Also, although the airport advertises free Wi-Fi, I could only sign in for an hour. However, that provided me enough time for some Yelp check-ins since the Yelp app did not work in many of the locations I visited. Personnel were very friendly, spoke English, and kept the lounge clean when people left their garbage, dishes, and newspapers strewn about. There is a huge departure board that alerts you when to start walking and the time it will take to get to your gate. Safe travels.
