Clearly not understanding customer service. Heimat happily took our reservation for 5 people for 1800. Although we had no problem ordering and purchasing items; we had 5 dinners, several beers, few glasses of wine, couple of shots, we were rushed out of Heimat. Without any conversation or warning at 1940 a server told us we need to be out by 2000 because our table is reserved for someone else. I understand you need to make money but there is a clear line that was crossed where we will not be coming back. All you needed to do was to tell us at time of booking and we would have booked elsewhere. You can not have it both ways, you cant take customers money if you are not willing to provide a place for them to spend it in..... what a shame read more
