I used Heidman Law's online contact form to set an appointment up with them to have them submit a cease-and-desist order but they never responded to me either by email or by phone. This type of legal issue is done quickly and over the legal justice system's online process. Perhaps their site is hacked into just like Goosman Law's is by terrorists under the guise of being IRS Contract Investigators. If so, they may want to get that taken care of... read more

I understand the low review scores now. Beth Roesler was supposed to be my assigned CLC attorney…read morefor a free 30-minute consultation through my work benefits. Instead, I was contacted by someone asking for a $5,000 retainer before proceeding. If the benefit is supposed to provide a 30-minute consultation, requiring a $5,000 retainer before providing that consultation is extremely disappointing and misleading. This place is getting referrals through CLC for a service that isn't actually being provided. Don't waste your time.

Value for a consult with Attorney Deck regarding Civil Rights violation. Staff was not friendly,…read morealthough Attorney Deck did reach out right away. We played phone tag. I clearly had a Civil Rights case against a property management company. "The Iowa Civil Rights Commission" has gotten involved since speaking to him or shall I say being "YELLED AT" by Attorney Deck. Value? There is zero value as no price could pay this Guy to get involved. He suggested I write a letter? I offered to sign contract and pay him, but his yelling continued. He was condescending and rude. Perhaps his age? I have never spoken to such a rude Attorney in my life of 12 states of living in. There is zero value in speaking to this man. He interrupted constantly and I would not recommend talking to this Attorney or his office. Thanks for nothing, Attorney Deck. I think you should retire.

He was able to successfully resolve the issue, and did so quickly, professionally and with integrity in the profession. I would hire him again for anything, and would reccomend his service to anyone who asked me! I appreciated his prompt handling of a situation and to resolve a matter in which a customer was given very poor, and incomplete service, and wrongly charged for incompleted service.

Mr. Carlin suggested another provider, to try, in order to get some relief. I went to physical therapy, at that office, and had an excellent experience.
