Her focus on her business shows! The spa is immaculate! The interior is beautiful! The staff is exceptional and knowledgeable! Everyone is very welcoming. I would like to also recognize Charlotte from the front office. She had such a warm and friendly personality. She was very helpful! I wish I could remember the other girls names from the front, but I can assure you, they all do a wonderful job from the minute you walk in the door until the time you leave. I also had a consultation with Olivia the same day! Such a sweet young woman! Talk about thorough! No questions needed to be asked! She definitely knows her job like the back of her hand. I felt very comfortable with her. If you are considering any sort of treatment, please be sure to check out Avalon's website. Many are available such as lasers, injectables, massages, body contouring, hair restoration, aesthetics and other services. If you go on the site, you will see many options under each service! Their website is very informative. A brief description is given on individual treatments. There is also a price list so one can have an idea of what the cost will be! FYI! There is also a rewards program! Flavia! Thank you so much for creating such a vibrant, relaxing and beautiful atmosphere for many to enjoy and feel confident when they enter and exit the door!

Thanks for wasting my time. They should've let me know when I made the appointment that there was NO possibility of same day treatment. Very poor communication! Thanks for wasting my time when you already knew you don't do peels this time of year.

Little did I know she would become such an abundant source of strength, love, and light in my life. Gladys has helped me discover my inner power simply by listening and responding. She does a lot of work with concepts like past life regressions and readings, but that work isn't my particular "cup of tea", and she is very flexible. We center our conversations around the anchors of God, love, and female empowerment. Gladys is an absolutely phenomenal listener and one of the kindest, most nurturing, and most compassionate people I have ever met. She is also extremely generous and mind-blowingly patient. When I'm on a call with Gladys, I can feel the love coming from her side and I can feel that she is truly rooting for me. I've come so far with her in my corner. I highly and proudly recommend Gladys whenever you need someone to listen and reflect back the strength you deserve. : )

To add to that, Karen (medical assistant or maybe nurse) she has called to check on me & has listened to me without judgement as well. I honestly didnt expect my medical care from sstar to be as topped notched that it is, but even Betty gets back to me immediately when I call. Basically everyone there are thorough and LISTEN.
