Dr. Heider is the most caring helpful doctor I have ever used. She helped my husband and me get pregnant after 11 years of trying with no luck. The first one I miscarried and she had her staff call and check on me while I miscarried naturally at home as well as call in meds to help. She will sit and talk for an hour if needed and has never once inched her way to the door to get out or rushed me. She takes as much time as I need. We are now pregnant and while she is out for her owns reasons she still checked my ultrasound report (on her own time) and had her staff call me to set me up with another doctor to take care of me while she out for a few months. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Heider. I am 35 years old and thought my time clock was running out but she figured out why we weren't conceiving and fixed it. No other doctor has ever taken the time nor did they care. Dr. Heider will always hold a special place in my heart! She is awesome! Update! Tomorrow we will be celebrating our daughter's second birthday! read more

I called on Monday with a UTI. Had many before and knew the symptoms. Was told to that I had to come in Tuesday for a UA lab. Got the lab done on Tues AM. Never heard a word from this office. Called on Wed. Was told UA showed negative-no infection. Was told it " might be bladder spasms caused by caffiene". Then on Friday, received a call from Dr. Heider's office stating "Oh, your UA did show infection". 4 DAYS IN PAIN with misinformation and no help from Dr. Heider's office. NOT ACCEPTABLE CARE!!!!! read more

If you have something serious going on I suggest you run not walk to a different Dr. I could have died and have all the medical records to prove it.I kept going to her with fast heart beat could not sleep, she would not even listen to my heart all she ever told me was I needed to do yoga. After a Thursday visit with her and told again yoga went to Cox South in Springfield the next day, I was in there for a week with severe congestive heart failure. Thank God I went to Springfield they said it was a wander that I did not have a stroke. A lot of good that yoga would have done for someone who was close to dying. I told her that my niece an RN and my daughter were convinced that I had congestive heart failure, she asked "where did your daughter go to medical school" Well she doesn't think much of your degree! Terrible woman. read more

We have had the most difficult time with this doctor. Of the several appointments we are left in a room for almost an hour before being seen, and the only response is sorry. I have had better response times from an HMO. When asked to switch to a different doctor within the same practice we were told no sorry, you can go somewhere else. What kind of treatment is this? I would have expected better that that. I guess I will have to look somewhere else. Dr. Pittman please come back. read more

I have had the worse time with this doctor. First she comes across as grumpy, then as the visit goes on she treats you as if you are a waste of her time. Every concern that I brought up was dismissed as trival. Also she is very jugdmental. I am overweight and everything I wanted to discussed she dismissed and all my issues were caused by weight. And then all she wanted to discuss was how I can get a Y membership. She made my husband and I feel belittled and not worth her time because I was on disablity. She is the worse doctor I have ever met, and I would not trust her to care for my health and that of my children. There are better doctors out there. read more

Dr. Heider has been my doctor for several years. I switched to her because of her good rapport in our community. She has always sought to get me the correct treatment or medicine, depending on what was wrong with me. She is very thorough and careful to think through all options. I recommend her for any age patient. read more
