For people traveling through and for us folks who live here and don't want to drive 30 miles to have someone make dinner! I came here tonight after ordering a large pizza, and decided I wanted a sandwich for myself. Jonah made me this beautiful sandwich and it was perfection! Sandwich artist of southeast Iowa! Our pizza was made quickly and given 2 thumbs up by the ones who devoured it in no time at all! Great job! Fun environment and happy team working together!

I attempted to use my card and the machine told me I had to pre-purchase inside. I go inside and told the clerk I wanted to fill my car. He asked "how many gallons?" I replied i don't know, just until it is full. We got into a lengthy discussion of how many gallons I wanted so I told him 20 or 12, the tank only holds 12 gallons. He refused to take my card and charge for the amount requested. Technology being what it is today, I expected him to make either the 12 or 20 gallon charge, allow me to fill my car and then make the appropriate adjustments to my charge. He ended up telling me to go to Bp in Batavia or Caseys in Ottumwa. That was great customer service, I will continue to do business in Batavia but NEVER again in Agency. The gas pump did not give me a receipt and the people working could not get a receipt to print. The restrooms were not clean. The food options besides snacks are limited and the items on the rollers looked like they had been sitting there since morning (it was starting to get dark.) Overall, not a great option unless your gas light is blinking.
