Their expertise and care, their efficency, effectiveness, kindness and understanding while conducting the dental procedures is excellent ans commendable! I have had 4 dental implants installed by them, and have absolutely encountered no problems, minimum pain, and experienced extra personal care and attention to minimizing pain and discomfort, whike undergoing those very difficult procedures, which were not for their impressive care, human quality and expertise, might have been a traumatizing experience, as was with Acclepsius Dental in Laredo, Dr Abdul, who has a bad attitude, hurt me badly while installing partial implants, left me face entirely and completely black, for one entire montg, and when I confronted him with this, he just simply said, "oh, I could have hit a nerve, no logical medical, explanation fr leaving me in misery, pain, and an all black and blue face, for one entire month! Horrendous experience! More reason why I am gratifyingly, very assured of, and compelled to comment on, rate the well merited feed back in this well deserved review, and share publicly, so that you too may have the opportunity to benefit from their expert care, human quality, and over all, excellence! Dr Tabel is a wonderful dentist/dr, and human being; caring attentive, professional, and caring! His Houston staff is also exceedingly kind and attentive, his brother, Dr Samer, His dental implant specialist, Dr Salas, they are all experts in their line of work, attentive and caring proffesionals. The experience we had was horrible. The dentist showed up 2 hours late and when he met with my son…read morehe was extremely rude asking him why he was in the office and why he didn't go to San Antonio or McAllen. My son told the dentist because he lives in Laredo. Then the dentist began talking down to my son and continued to ask what he needed to be done. The dentist was so unprofessional during the entire visit. He seemed very irritated and upset for no apparent reason and was taking out his frustration on everyone in the office. When I called to complain, one of the staff members reported, " the dentist is rude to everyone and we are so sorry for that". This is unacceptable and if this dentist continues to treat his patients so terrible he will soon have no practice. I am so disappointment that this is the only Dental Office that takes our insurance.

We visited to get the free consultation, and it was donde by an specialist and it also included X-rays. We didn't pay anything. The place is really nice and it has different attractions for the children while they wait; my favorite part on this particular visit, was the guy making the balloons, he told me that he spent 15 hours doing the dragon that was on exhibition, as tall as the room* he was making all the kids happy by making them figures with balloons. It has an area like a movie theater, a few games arcade style, a playground and a floor with a type of projection. Rooms are big but they don't have a door for privacy; they have a TV for the patient to watch it while being there. *photo included

Can't recommend this place enough. I drove all the way from Austin to have dental jobs done, (root…read morecanals, fillings, crown, cavities) and they were exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. I came three times and every time they treated me with kindness and patience and each time they called me to confirm the appt one day before and when I asked for prices and costs, they were very straight forward with me. Being the first time having a root canal done I was very nervous but Dr. Muskis made the whole experience very pleasant, also Dr. Medina did a tremendous job with my crowns and Dr. Montalvo made my cavities procedure very enjoyable, each time I was so tired with having few hours of sleep and being a first time mom so... I would fall asleep but they would make sure I was awake and would just talk to me for me to be present in the procedure and all of them were very understandable about my situation and for that I am very grateful. My only suggestion is to make sure reception explains how the procedures will go, I was under the impression I could have everything done in one visit (which I know it was not that way because my relatives would tell me about the personal root canal story lol) anyway.
