I placed an order with Heavy Press Graphics for baseball caps. My experience was awful. The communication was sporadic and unreliable from the beginning. I stuck with it because someone recommend them to me. I repeatedly expressed my concern that the image they were sending me was not the size I was hoping for and that the colors were misrepresented. I was reassured that it was just the way that the mock looks. When I picked up the hats they were not what I had requested. When I addressed this with the sales person they ignored me and this review is a result of not only that hats (that I paid $300.00 for) quality being subpar so that they could not be used, but also the fact they will not respond to my emails asking to have a conversation about my dissatisfaction. I will not use Heavy Press Graphics again and I would not recommend them to anyone else read more
