I was very nervous about our girl having a surgery but she's home and doing well and they took excellent care of her. Beverly and the other ladies who do the phones and scheduling and work the front desk are very nice and so was Thomas, who called us when she was ready and walked us through what she'd need for recovery when we picked her up. I feel confident that everyone there truly loves animals and cares for them well and it makes me less nervous to bring my other cat in. They offer the best prices for spaying and neutering in the area, I called several places and none of them were as affordable as Have a Heart and they don't charge extra for the females and include shots as part of the already, low price. When I arrived only the secretarial staff was present and she was unable to help, as hard as she tried too. I was asked to come back with no time given as to when the remains would be ready. They did take the matter seriously, as it was less than an hour later and my wife was ready for me to take. I suppose the thing that upset me more was that I drove over 3 hours to get her in the first place and I was left hanging, hoping I would get her before they closed. It was important as they aren't open on Sundays and Monday was the memorial. Thank God I had family with me to keep me on an even keel.
