They did a good job and typically responded to text messages within a reasonable amount of time. However, I tried to contact them by email and cell text this week and neither of them responded until I prompted them a 2nd time. The email response to my request was to inform me that they would no longer service Niceville and would concentrate on Destin. My question is when were they going to tell me, the customer? I asked when would be my last service since I just found out today via email and still no response.
