Mitch & Kim have ALWAYS treated me like their ONLY customer--and earned not only my trust, but my friendship. Here is a REAL example of how they take care of their business: About a week before I was supposed to close on a home purchase, Mitch posted on Facebook that there was a hurricane brewing in the gulf and that anyone in real estate or about to buy a home should go ahead and get their insurance binder since most companies would not write a policy during a hurricane. I called my mortgage broker the next day: he told me that it possibly saved me WEEKS during the closing process and that everyone should have someone looking out for them like that. I get tremendous service and reasonable prices, something that is sorely lacking in today's business world.
