From the greeting we received when we entered Heat Street all the way to the "have a great afternoon" upon exiting it was a 10/10 experience!! As a 30+ yr nurse ( they had no idea) the safety precautions and sterility used was very important to me. Again 10/10!!!! I was in awe of the importance placed on cleanliness and sterility!! A++++ Libby was my piercing professional and she was beyond awesome! So knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly! I went and got my nose (nostril not septum) pierced earlier today after getting word from two of my coworkers about this place and Jadia is the one that helped me out. She was actually great. All of the girls were but two more than the third but she wasn't bad just quiet. The young dude at the counter was nice as well. But Jadia knew I was a little nervous and spoke with me about piercings, tattoos and what I should do after it was done. She talked me through the process as well. She was just awesome, and now I want to go get something else pierced asap. It's been a few hours and it's not even red. Sore? Sure, but that's a given. I paid $80 piercing and jewelry. I thought it was kind of expensive but if you want it done right, it's worth it. Thanks again! Edit: One week later, still not red and looking perfect. Still a little sore but I assume it's normal because it's a hole that shouldn't even be there in the first place so..LOL read more

You can't buy anything without the piercer being available to tell the price to the cashier. Apparently, their prices aren't in their system. Waste of a drive to after work. read more

I took my teenager here to get both of his ears pierced. The cost of the piercings were more than I paid for mines in Philly but after reading the reviews, I took a chance. Despite the price, the piercers were friendly. My teenager picked the jewelry he wanted and it was sterilized. I browsed the store and located cute cuff and bangle bracelets there that I purchased! This wasn't my first time going to Heat Street....They are the best in the area for sure. The staff was super nice and professional. The shop is very clean and they have a very large variety to piercing options. I don't recall the gentleman's name that pierced my nose but he was great. I was really nervous but he made me feel comfortable and he made the process a breeze. Once I lose some weight, I'll go back to get my navel pierced. :) Overall, I was very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get pierced in clean shop by good people! read more
