I hesitated for a while whether I would be able to afford to purchase a house in the Bay Area or the Sacramento area. I didn't even know what I wanted and was not interested in the pushy realtors that I talked to so I just put my search on hold, the whole process was very stressful and tedious so I stopped trying to purchase a house instead I just kept paying rent. Fortunately I found Clifford on a real estate forum and investors facebook page providing tips on buying real estate and how simple it could be to buy a house yet it could become very complex since I have my earnest deposit in the game. There were a tons of terms I did not understand and Clifford was great at explaining the terms, he always double checked to make sure I was comfortable and understood every step before we proceeded, he's definitely not a salesperson, more like an analytical consultant who's very knowledgable about the real estate industry and the market in California. When I first contacted Clifford he was very friendly, direct and asked me a ton of questions about what I am looking for, short term goals and long terms goal to clarify and try to understand what I am looking for. He narrowed down the list and confirmed that was what I was interested in purchasing, from condos, to duplex to single family houses, we looked at them all. He doesn't mess around and waste his clients' time, he knew that I was a busy man with a 8-5 full time job so he did a lot of background work and explained everything to me after work hours. My priorities kept changing and were a little all over the place throughout the search but Clifford was patient with me as we continued to update the criteria and continued searching.
