She advised us to repair some things, update some others, replace a few things, and paint it before we put it on the market. She handled all this including getting bids and managing the contractors. She even brought in some furniture and accessories to stage it. After all the work, which it turns out was a very good investment, we listed on a Friday in the late afternoon.
