One star because I cannot give 0 stars. I had purchased two used tires and had him put on my car. After driving my grandkids home I could feel the steering wheel shimming back and forth. Contacted via Facebook next day if I could bring in. It was Sunday they are not open. Gave me hours stop in this week. Called Tuesday after work told him problem again. He must not be contact on Facebook. He said I could not bring in he sold me used tires you get what you get. He would not stand by his work or faulty tires. He swore at me and hung up. I do not recommend ANYONE take their vehicle to him or have him tow. He has a piss poor attitude for a business man. read more

I bought tires online through a manufacturer out of my convenience. This shop was listed as partner to have my tires delivered to and then installation would be paid for. I picked this shop simply to give a local Smst county shop business, and again it was listed for me to pick. Every time the shop was called, they would hang up and my tires were being delivered at any moment. Finally got in touch with the owner and he had a terrible attitude. He insisted he had no idea I had tires being delivered there, I shouldn't have had permission to do such a thing, and he was simply too busy to even consider doing this. He said he gets spam calls all the time and that's why he kept hanging up. (not the customer's issue they can't handle calls). I asked them why was he listed as a shop I could pick and partnered with....no answer(he had to of given someone permission somewhere to be able to do so). I asked if he was going to just receive my tires and keep them without contacting or accepting a contact...nothing but badgering from him. He then wanted to know how he was getting paid before anything was even scheduled or worked out, he wanted the number from the manufacturer to receive payment. I did not give him any information and cancelled my order. I would not give them business nor recommend this place based off this experience and the attitude and language that was received. My daughter turned her Jeep over on an icy road. State police called Hearn. I drive garbage truck and I was very impressed at the skill and care the owner took in righting up her car and getting it loaded. It was dark, snowing and icy. His flat bed is about 15 foot long and he had it extended to about 30 feet. He had to keep manuvering to get the locked up wheels out of the ditch and onto the bed. Although the Jeep was on its side, it may still be driveable and he was careful enough to not cause more damage. Truly impressed. read more
