The people at the Woodland Clinic are inept and don't do their jobs. They continue to ignore me when I try to get a hold of my doctors. They spread false information and they have harmed me by knowingly injecting me with toxic anastasia. These malpractices and knowing mismanagement and care are reprehensible. So, what does Dignity Health Corporation do? Threatening to take my health care away. It's obvious what you are trying to do, and your disgusting threats are not acceptable, nor will your lies be tolerated! Be very careful. But, that's not something you do well! I have initiated a complaint against Dignity Health with their Patient Advocate department, and will begin pursuing whatever steps necessary to end their abuse and their repeated threats. I have other negative reviews on the Woodland Clinic facility; however, Dignity Health has taken out a new post for this year so as to avoid all the negative reviews from earlier posts. Don't be fooled. They are very deceptive and dishonest.

The Doctors: Some listen and take their time and some try to get out you out of the office asap (I've experienced this when bringing my mother to some of her appointments). I get it, they are busy and problems can become routine for them, but really? Settle down Doc. We waited for you over 45min, give us at least 20min and our co-pays worth. Also from my experience as an advocate for myself/mother: SPEAK UP. GET SECOND OPINIONS. If there is a particular Doctor or Surgeon you want, fight for it-don't let the staff that schedule them dictate who you will see. It's your healthcare. You are paying for it. You decide. My specific point of review is Dr. Katherine Glatter, heart specialist. In the course of dealing with her she has lied to me, told me to ignore side effects of medications & finished with me when i didn't complete the protocol for the specific issue for which I was being treated. The reason I didn't complete it, it was a protocol that would not have helped me but for sure would have diminished my quality of life if not ruined it. The reason I say she finished with me is that I have been experiencing anxiety, a side effect of two of the prescriptions she prescribed, but instead of helping me with it, I have to wait over a month to see my primary physician. This is a problem caused by the protocols she is following so she should be the one to fix it. We The People need to demand the abolishment of the ACA & kickbacks and demand clarity from hospitals and doctors.

Alice also showed me that one of his ears needed to be flushed so we took him to Kaiser to get it flushed right away. My dad said this store was more helpful then the one he used to go to in Elk Grove. We will definitely keep my dad going to this location. I will say that calling the main number for Miracle Ear caused a lot of confusion and mixed up appointment times and locations. It has nothing to do with the store and I let Alice know so she gave me a business card with the direct number to the Woodland location.

Appointments are quick to meet the needs of the clients. The office staff work with the parents to meet financial needs and to ease the stress of the parents. Not many places you would see the Executive Director sitting on the floor playing with the children, but you will see that at CTC. I have witnessed children carried through the doors and after getting Therapy at CTC, I have seen those same children WALK back out those doors! I have seen mothers cry because after sessions of Speech Therapy they heard their child the first time say "I love you mama". That's priceless and that's what CTC helps happen all the time!!

The speech therapist decided she didn't want to work with my 2 year old anymore after we nicely requested she use a more play based approach rather than forcing our toddler to operate toys while crying, (how is that speech therapy?) These people are beyond unprofessional. When our older child received therapy here, there was some miscommunication w/ our insurance concerning coverage. They didn't realize this for months and we ended up accruing a sizable debt- which was no fault of ours. They hounded and harassed us to no end - although we were making regular payments. I would steer far away from this place. Their vision is great, but the way they are treating clients is horrible. In my experience with quite a few therapy centers this is the ONLY place we have ever been treated so badly. I makes me so sad that we wasted almost a year and half of my daughter's crucial early intervention period with this place. Never again

It has been a frustrating journey with the steps Medicare requires however my care has proven authentic and he has been willing to try things my approach as well as a collaborative effort. The office person Kelly Lee is very responsive and can be reached by text - my preference for scheduling and dealing with Rx. Overall I was able to avoid having two shoulder surgeries and have a manageable amount of pain in my daily life without narcotics. As good as it gets with our system.
