As I sat in the lobby, I was amused by a sign that said that they continue to sanitize for our safety, yet everything was caked in dust and fingerprints. When I met with Shad, I learned that they do not do REM. Shad spent the next 15 minutes bragging about how great he is and how REM (the Gold Standard of best practices) is completely unnecessary and how he has a better system. He then quoted me $7900 for Starkey Omega AI 24 hearing aids, and said that I cannot get them for less than $8500 between Colo Spgs and Denver. I literally felt like I was getting hammered by a used car salesman. I made an appointment at Hearing Consultants of Colo Spgs with a doctor of audiology, in a well-staffed, genuinely professional and clean office, and with realistic business hours. I got an REM fitting for Starkey Omega AI 24 hearing aids for a grand total of $5290. BTW, I would not have reviewed this business had they not sent me 3 separate requests to leave a review. Fine. You got it!

Little does he know that I was ready to pay $500 for a hearing test....but not if he was going to be  jerk!      My impression is that this company is NOT  in the business to provide a great product and satisfaction to the customer.  They are in it for the sales commission which is an "old school" way of doing business.  I do not recommend this hearing provider.

Why do they ask for my insurance card if they can't even charge correctly for an office visit? After Erika ordered an MRI for me, they wanted to charge me a copay to come in and have Erika review my MRI results with me. When I asked if they could bill me for the copay, they were unwilling to work with me and essentially held my MRI results hostage. I have since switched to an ENT who is an actual MD, NOT a Nurse Practitioner. And guess what? She didn't charge me for an office visit to review my MRI results with me.

I've been a loyal customer to Dr. Key for about 2 years now. Recently with the Covid I've taken…read moreprecautions due to my family's health. Being the fact that Dr. Key is a Doctor I had assumed she is well aware that if you have any kind of symptom of Covid you should cancel an appt and take precautions. I had canceled two appointments recently within a week and a half with Dr. Key. Not only did her receptionist call and ask to pay 50% of my scheduled services that I was getting (despite not getting the services) but also to mention they have a 24 hour no show/cancelation policy. So even though you are ill, she will charge no matter if there is a Covid pandemic currently. The Dr. texted me, not called because that's how professional she is. She told me she could have had a better paying client replaced for my cancelled appt and that she charged me less and that I got a deal for my previous services. I am happy to pay for a service I have booked and I have never asked for a discount. The Dr. made me feel that her priority is money before her patient's well-being. The Dr. humiliated me and put me down as if her time and money is more valuable than mine but then she had the audacity to tell me that I had to follow her clinics rules (24 hour policy), not the CDC nor the Colorado Department of Public & Health rules & regulations. In fact she even mentioned to me at my previous appointment that she didn't care if I wore a mask inside her clinic because she was vaccinated. In the 2 years this was the 2nd time I had re-scheduled an appointment. It is sad that she thinks people are just at her disposal and her patients are not in her best interest. Don't waste your time and health at this clinic.
