TERRIBLE SERVICE! Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, luckily the dr office gives a 15 minute…read moregrace period. I called the driver 15 minutes prior to the ending of my dr appointment, no answer. So i called. No answer repeatly. driver then texted 5 minutes away. Never came. I called company mainline, they said driver is 2 minutes away. they never came! waited 4 hours. Office was starting to close and i had my 5 month old with me. luckily my fiancé worked nearby and was getting off and picked us up. i do not recommend them at all! They just don't care about their clients at all just the money that they make from insurances. This type of "care" they show clients is extremely terrible and they should be investigated and or shut down!
