The locations in…read moreNorth Dakota are particular about dragging in mud, and letting non-members pass with you without pay. Other than that, the place has well kept equipment. The key-fob for entry can be tricky and it has changed several times over the years (I'm a member since 2012). So you may need some patience before it works, especially if you are a returning customer, or reactivating an old key-fob. Small and can get cluster-phobic when several members are working out during busy hours. No lockers (just open cube storage) and usually not a lot of showers available (locations are different in size and not large) off hours access is the best as it is 24/7 Hope this helps your workout plans Currently Watford City member, but I have used Williston and Minot clubs. Signed up week ago was Poor customer service I didn't get shown around the gym. They use the same towel to clean all the equipment. Bathrooms showers have mold. Thick dust on the fans and on top of equipment. They have no trainers, so no free consultation or free 30 day plan like advised, that's Something I really wanted. I talk to the Christina at anytime fitness in Sidney, MT found out I was also supposed to get an app at signup to help me out but didn't get that just the lady talking about how sick she is holding down throwing up atm. She also talked very poorly about the owner of the gym which is very unprofessional and doesn't make me wanna stay. if your handling someone else's debt cards and papers you shouldn't talk about wanting to throwing up or about your boss... I won't be goin to this gym for long.

They have recently hired a new cleaning lady, who is phenomenal, and has really cleaned the place up. The staff is friendly, but the turnover rate seems really high. Seems like the same workers are never there very long. Overall the gym is OK. It's expensive!! But for the area, it's worth a look--as it has the best balance of weights, machines, and cardio.
