They will not respect your time however expect of you to respect theirs. They went over my son's scheduled time and was so apologetic and asking for understanding, when my son was then a few minutes late , with good attendance no forgiveness. I know better next time read more

Beth Ingram is a great place to work. They offer a lot of diversity for their employees.

My Son attends Beth Ingram locate on Swann Ave. The reviews listed is far from the truth of my family ongoing experience with Swann Ave location. I agree, the company holds you to the appointed time. They have other folks scheduled too. All staffing shows professionalism, Joyfulness and a willing to work with your kid even if the kid doesn't. Lilly is the true jewel of scheduling make sure you're informed on appointed time. Thank for assisting my child and hoping for a 5 star experience. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. These people just want a paycheck. My son was going there on Fridays and they were always running late but would cut his time short. The last time he attended his half hour appointment was 10 minutes. They said "sorry the last appointment ran late." Then they processed to want the full payment from us. They don't care about helping kids they just want to charge your insurance company. read more

Over three years ago, we used this therapy company for Speech and OT. I had a grant to pay for services. In 2017, the company refused to match the invoice to the insurance explanation of benefit so that the paperwork could be submitted to the grant for payment. Now in 2020, they have refiled a collection claim against me. The company argued that the insurance company was not paying it's contracted amount and refused to work with me to get the balanced paid by the grant fund. Now, they are seeking collection on the total amount! read more

Services provided are great, speech therapists are great. When it comes to trying to get provider credential information to submit for insurance, you are not a priority - it is taking me weeks to get simple information. read more

After leaving our current facility due to insurance changes, we started the process of moving to Beth Ingram and Associates. Our child is autistic and everyday that goes by without therapies, encourages him to regress. Two weeks after hearing nothing and getting in touch with nothing more than a voicemail box, We started making it a point to call 2-3 times per week. At 4 weeks and no services, and doing the leg work for them, we called our insurance and doctor for authorization- They had heard NOTHING from Beth Ingram at this point! Bumping phone calls to almost daily, they finally completed doctors authorization, but nothing through our insurance!! It is now week 7. STILL NOTHING!!! No returned phone call from the office manager to resolve this matter!!! Wow! I am shocked and disturbed that they would treat potential clients this way and a child no less, that desperately needs these services!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THIS FACILITY!!! read more

I went for an initial evaluation, for my son. The speech therapist told me it might take 4 weeks to start scheduling therapy sessions due to my insurance. I have waited 7/8 weeks and called the office and an extremely rude person keeps answering the phone. She then tells me they are waiting to hear back from the insurance. I called the insurance company and they stated the provider has not even sent the pre-determination letter. Please stay away from them. read more

The therapist are great, if you can get past the hectic, disorganized, unhelpful and uncaring office staff. They care more about money than the children. They don't listen to you and they don't care. Despite liking the therapist, I could not continue subjecting my child to this office and dealing with the office staff. read more
