The food is the most awful tasting, looking, smelling garbage. They've used the excuse of remodeling is THE ISSUE! No there's no system in place. Patients don't get food, and when they do it's always wrong. Now I was in the hospital Jan,Feb,part of March then again in April and most recently NOW! The staff do not pay any attention to detail. Does the patient have the right order, is it checked off - no! I spoke to a food manager and she says they've tried to get them to pay attention. I mean in 5 days not one meal has been correct. They'd leave an item off or forget me completely. I've worked in food service for many years and I I guarantee you the employees just don't give a darn! So I've ranted and raved enough. This system is broken. They need to get professionals to come here and fix the issue!

I later received a bill from them for $275 for said stitches. I thought I needed to pay it, assuming they were out of network for my insurance. I wrote a check and didn't think twice about it. Until a week later when I received my explanation of benefits from my insurance stating they paid the full amount and I owed the urgent care nothing. I didn't think much of it - just thought the insurance paid for it after the urgent care sent me the bill and they wouldn't cash the check. BUT, they did cash the check. I then called them to rectify this and get my refund. They use a third party answering service so I couldn't speak with anyone directly about this issue - all they could do is take my information for a call back. I didn't receive a call back for a month so I called again, same story. I called back after a week, and still haven't received a call back. I don't recommend anyone coming here. You may pay for something your insurance covered and not only not get a refund, but not even the decency of a return phone call to explain what's going on. I get we're in weird times now and they're probably overwhelmed. But this happened in mid July and it is currently mid November. This is inexcusable behavior so get treated here at your own risk. There are other urgent cares in the area that will treat you with respect and honesty, but this establishment is not one of them.

Dr Anthony would come into the room unprepared, reading my husband's scan results, etc done the previous week as if he were reading them for the first time. My husband had to remind him more than once on certain aspects that he should have already known if he had studied the information BEFORE the appointment . It was very obvious that he was lacking compassion and not just for any patient but a cancer patient no less! He was always in a hurry and I would be asking questions as he was leaving the room ! Totally unacceptable and without empathy and more importantly , respect . Some people are just not meant to be doctors or in his case, maybe he should have retired years ago . Dr Anthony and nurse Dana would not respond to my husband's messages towards the end and treated him like they had given up on him because he was going to die anyway. Dr Anthony told my husband that he was going to call him 2 weeks before he died and he never did. We were just devastated because no one was responding to our messages in My Chart either! Totally despicable! I will never recommend this place or physician to anyone! Absolutely the worst! I have been a nurse for 31 years and have worked with many physicians but never one like Anthony! You are supposed to treat people with dignity and respect and like how you would want to be treated. I guess the way you treat people will come back full circle and that's the only satisfaction I have . My husband or anybody for that matter does not deserve to be treated the way my husband was treated. Terrible place, doctor and nurse!

My two small boys and I got hot dogs from the street vendor and walked to a nice open area with bench's. Unfortunately the open benches were right next to people smoking sitting/standing, again right next to the no smoking signs. We had to just walk and eat to try to avoid the bellowing smoke.

There was a PA on duty that evening and while he was nice, he lacked professionalism and did not explain medication or follow up at all. This is a frequent condition for me so I know what to expect. His treatment did not follow previous protocol and I had to call back twice to make sure a culture was being done. I was assured it was but it would take about a week (I had never experienced that before - usually 2-3 days turn around). To date, almost a month later, I still have not heard back. I must assume it was fine or I would be quite ill by now. I would only return here if no other option was available.

I went in last night around 7:30…read morebecause I slipped on the grass while at my granddaughters daycare's fall festival and jammed my bad knee that I had surgery on last year. It started swelling up and it hurt like you know what to put weight on it, so I thought I'd better go have an x-ray to see if any of the plates and screws had come loose, or if I had broken something else! I am used to going into places like this and being there for hours, but I was in and out in just over 1 hour! They saw me hobbling in the door and immediately brought me a wheelchair. They also had an electronica pad check in system that is much, MUCH easier than filling out pages and pages of questions & they aren't killing trees either! The receptionists, nursing staff, doctor, radiologist and the cleaning staff, were very respectful and very pleasant, especially since it was so late (they close at 9 and I didn't get out until about that time). Fortunately, it was just a very bad sprain, and I do have to stay off of it for at least three days, but I am thankful they were there and open so I didn't have to go to an emergency room or worse yet, wait overnight with a huge bulging knee that hurt like crap! If you ever need immediate care, I definitely recommend this place.
