The owner was polite & professional and we came to an agreement about price BEFORE the massage took place. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and we proceeded with the massage. I had requested deep tissue and she agreed. It was deep tissue for the most part. There was the walking on the back part... which always makes me nervous since I have osteoporosis so that style of massage I typically don't like. However she didn't do it for too long and of course it's very effective because the targeted weight of her body puts your spine back into alignment. Overall it was a very nice massage and her price was reasonable regardless of her insistence that it must be pre-paid. This is new to me, I've never paid before I received a service. She literally laughed at the $15 tip I gave her and said the minimum people normally give is $20 but normal is $40. I went into the room to get my massage and she continued to talk about the tip amount. She then interrupted my session to answer her phone to schedule another appointment. When she hung up with the new client she came back and continued to talk to me about the tip amount saying that she cannot guarantee a good massage for anything less than $40 tip, essentially she wanted $110 for one hour massage. I told her I was done I wasn't going to be insulted anymore and tried to get up she tried pushed me back on the table. I got up and told her to refund my money immediately she did!
