We were going to hold a baby shower in September and figured the lawn service should be able to get the yard in shape before then. My main concern were weeds in flower beds and garden plus my daughter wanted mulch in side beds with weed screen . Terry also suggested a plastic border that they would install . All this was discussed with Terry and was quoted a weekly fee that seemed HIGH but, I figured it was because they needed to do so much . A couple of weeks prior to baby shower our daughter and son in law were mulching the beds themselves because it was never done! Finally, I called Terry and reminded him that he was hired to get the yard looking good prior to Baby shower and it was fast approaching. They did clean up side yard but , the front &back yard bedding areas were never addressed still had weeds and he never completed what he said he would do . Today I recieved a huge bill for services rendered and I feel like I was riped off ! Do not hire this man or his crew !

She came most everyday that the crew was onsite to answer any questions and to make sure that I understood the plan. Savannah, in the office, is so respectful and answers all questions and makes you feel heard and taken care of. She is a real asset to Flutterby. Elisa has a hardworking crew that gets the job done. I can hear Jesus saying, "it has to be prefect." And it has been. They left nothing undone. Jesus even borrowed a little screw driver from me and he brought it back to me a week later and set it on my front porch. That was a really cool thing to do. If you want completely trustworthy, hardworking people and a totally transformed yard space....put your money and trust in Eliza and her crew. It is a complex house with many zones and both AC and DC solenoids. It had a complex problem that they did not help diagnose, I had to use a different company diagnose the problem. I called them and set up an appointment for them to fix it, since they installed the system. They could not come for 11 days. This annoyed me as the lawn was not appropriately watered for 11 days during 110 weather. I waited for them to show up and took a day off from work to be there. Initially they had said they would come at 11 AM. When I asked them for their estimated time of arrival they said 'the afternoon' when I called them at 2:45 and asked for an update, they said many people were ahead of me, that they were swamped and they could not give me a time. When I said it was only two hours till the end of day they said "I understand your frustration, but can't give you a time." I waited for them all day after 11 days and they did not show up. Furthermore, they gave me no priority despite making an appointment. They have severe scheduling problems. I cannot comment on the quality of their work. I can just say they don't care too much to be on time to do the work they say they will do. Additionally I reached out several times and went over the problem with them and reiterated my expectations for times, taking time off work to be there etc. They didn't care. What bothers me is they gave me no indication that showing up to my appointment was optional to them. They just gave me lip service why they didn't show up. Good luck if you use this company. Find a company that actually wants your business and treats customers reasonably.

Recently had Boise Lawn Co. come out and install drip lines to hanging plants on my patio. When I finally got someone out, he basically said there was nothing he could do. Even when I directly asked him to tighten them up, he said no, because in the winter it "wouldn't be good ". One of the clips had already pulled off away, taking a chunk of stucco with it. He said he would try and find out where they got the clips, and come back & fix it, but I doubt if I'll see him again! I would definitely not recommend them after this experience, as they obviously don't take pride in their work!

The guy came to my house with the sit down mower, first red flag, way too large of a mower to use…read moreon a small yard. Had no bag to capture the clippings. Left a mess with piles of grass not only on my yard but on my decorative rocks and cement area. Yard is understandable but under Lawn Love's policy, he shouldn't have left piles of grass on my cement and rocks. He left early and said he mowed but didn't finish because he didn't have any more trimmer cord and said he'll finish it next visit. Talked to support and they convinced me not to cancel my services with them and I reluctantly allowed them to send him back the next day to finish. Once again, just mowed over my lawn with the sit down mower and brought a bag, still didn't capture all of the grass. Still left grass on my rocks and cement. Damaged my cement, chipped and scrapped my property. Tire marks from the mower. Talked to support again and all they did was offer to take $15 off my $130 service. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she said she has no information or contact for them. Filed a damage claim and have heard nothing back. I had to finish the cleanup job myself. I don't know how he could be so careless as to use a huge mower on a small yard. I know the guys name, I just won't blast him out of respect for the ongoing damage claim. These people are supposed to be knowledgeable. Just be aware, once the person from this company mows your yard, you're not getting a refund, regardless if the job was finished or not. Once the blades touch the grass, it's your problem. Don't ever expect a refund, I was lucky enough to get my service cancelled with no penalties. All I wanted was a full reimbursement for the "service" done to my lawn. Not even asking for the reimbursement it'll take to fix the damage which far outweighs the service cost. I would not recommend using this company/app. It's independent contractor workers so complaints and damage done gets no where. Pay the little extra and go with legitimate companies that will have management you can talk to.
