The install team was often shaky, with lack of communication about the days they would be on-site. Also, the workers were clearly unskilled on a summer job basis and not very motivated. The invoices needed to be carefully scrutinized for items such as a fuel surcharge when I live less than a mile from the landscaping materials (rock, bark, etc.) site used for ground cover. The plants brought in were of good quality. And I was told repeatedly that the installed plants are guaranteed. However, after at least four requests to replace dead plants nothing has happened. Despite being told new ones would be planted. And it would be nice to have a way of identifying the ones that are healthy.

They did not mention or acknowledge the damage. They have been servicing the system since 2019. Multiple attempts to contact them and the willingness to just have them fix it and charge us went unanswered. They did attempt to bill us for turning on the system which was impossible to do in its current state of damage. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism resulted in thousands of dollars in repair. Could not rate them any lower.
