That info was completely incorrect. I need a notarized copy of the Bill of Sale and the Certificate of Registration from the seller Bob. I called and spoke to him, explaining what I needed according to VT DMV. He said, "ok, I'll get it done. That was two weeks ago, I haven't heard a word or received the notarized documents or form he is responsible for signing and sending to me the guy who spent $4000 at his shop !!! I'll follow-up this post with an update. I'm filing a complaint with VT Dept. of Motor Vehicles today. If I can't register & lic. this jeep I will be getting my money back.
