The best part is that Hyen works by appointment and I seldom have to wait more than 10 minutes, actually I dont think that I have ever waited more than 10 minutes and I really appreciate her promptness very much!!

These two problems are my personal dislikes. I like having a brochure that I can hold onto, take home and study. I don't like scanning the services. I called on a Friday morning to check on services…read moreand it took awhile for the person that answered the phone to tell me she was booked full today and had a wedding tomorrow, then a bit longer on "hold" while she checked with other stylists (the phone must have just been set on the counter when she walked away, as I could hear background sounds) only to be told that someone would call me back in under 30 minutes. Five hours later, I still haven't been called back......so I made an appointment elsewhere. Too bad--I was looking for a decent place to get a haircut, and I get mine cut every two weeks, so someone has lost out on a very regular revenue stream.
