Absolutely atrocious customer service. The owner would not accept a return of a faulty item 2days after purchase. We made a phone call to the store after returning home and noticed the stitching had all come undone on two parts of the hat's decorative bow and the woman insisted that she had wasted enough time on the "old lady" who purchased it and it was probably her own fault that hat was faulty/damaged (even though it was never taken out of the bag).
She continued to yell over the phone that as she had accepted an exchange for the woman in the same purchase (even though an additional $150 was spent) that she would sew the hat or nothing so goodbye and hung up...
Strongly recommend you do not shop here if you want decent and respectful service that complies with federal law requirements.
Federal Law states "Retailers are required to accept the return of defective items... also federal law provides a "Cooling-Off Rule " giving buyers three days to cancel purchases of $25 or more." read more
