Alex the best barber, en chops Congratulations Alex My name's peter, I will recommend Alex to anyone, this place is the best read more

My first time here I went to a young kid who was pretty good. On my second visit I Had the worst experience with Zussete... She was rude and unprofessional. She takes bad things about me in Spanish and I pretended not to speak Spanish until the end where I said goodbye to everyone in Spanish and I could tell by the look on her face she was surprised. Additionally she literally got my hair crooked on a fade and trimmed the top lopsided. She is also very confrontational in a passive aggressive manner. read more

I had a terrible experience with Zussete. Midway through the haircut, she literally said, "It's not my fault if the haircut doesn't come out the way you want it to," which immediately made me uneasy. At the end, she charged me $40 and claimed she had to charge extra because I walked in and "caused her other client to leave," even though she was the one who chose to take me. Totally unprofessional. Felt like I was being blamed and overcharged for her poor scheduling. I would absolutely not recommend her to anyone. I wish I could leave zero or negative stars. read more

I have been a client with headlines for almost 10 years. Kris Loko was my barber for several years and now Luis has been my barber for the last 4 years. Great staff and service. My son has also become a client of this fine establishment since before his 1st birthday. I hope to continue the relationship with this location for many years to come. read more

In-N-Out did exactly what I wanted for my son who is pretty picky. Maybe 20 minutes. It was great.

I been coming here for years the best place in Tampa hands-down my Barbara José keep me looking Fresh and clean if you are in need of a shop are just want to find a good Barbara stop by you will be happy you did read more

I've used this location every 3 weeks for a year now. Have worked with 3 different people and all have been great interactions and great results. I will 100% continue to support their business. Just remember that because they are good, they usually stay fairly busy so it's best to make an appointment for when you need. I see people getting mad that appointments take priority over walk-ins, which is exactly how it should be. The people are also always in a great mood with a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend. read more

Had a haircut with Jorge and it was great. No complaints. Listened to my preferences as the session went along.

All the guys are great and have great experience and attitudes but my main man is Favian he's got my head in the palm of his hands always a smile and great conversation and besides who else can you talk to if not your barber. read more

I had an appointment and due to unforeseen circumstances the barber is no longer at the shop. So I was placed with Eli. The barber who has only been cutting hair for 18 months. Needless to say my hair uneven and I am not even sure how but he cut me with the clippers and then offer to do a razor edge..... the main barber who had a break stated he was glad I could get a cut. Bruh I could have gone with out a cut my hair looks like shit and this is one of the closer places . Due to his lack of ability to cut my hair I literally now gotta get my hair cut and line properly and my eyebrows done. I understand good help is hard to find but ain't no way in hell I would recommend this guy. Maybe pet smart or petco could use a groomer..... this guy isn't capable of cutting hair and because headlines has multiple shops please save your brand and remove him. read more

I came in as a walk in today and got a haircut with will (Willy) and the haircut I requested was alright but he messed up my edge line made it all crooked and now I gotta wait like 3 weeks for my hairline to grow back to normal read more

Lol not a barber, or friend of a barber. I was a pissed off customer. I got cut there a few times before with no issues. You have some talented guys and every hair cut I got was tight. Last time I came in I waited for an hour and fifteen min while "appointments" jumped me. As I was clearly aggravated none of the barbers cared to say hey since you have been sitting in our shop for over an hour let me take care of you. My first review was harsh... Sorry I was pissed but I'm not going to wait for a cut while people who call ahead get to skip. So here is a real review... Y'all can cut hair...work on customer service. O and the only reason I joined yelp is because I was so pissed. You are actually the first people that pissed me off enough to go out of my way to sign up and write a review lol. You made a comment about writing reviews and being new user... I'm pretty sure you just signed up ass read more

Never had any issues when coming to headlines. Luis my barber has been cutting my hair for the past 4 years and recently now he been cutting my sons hair and I have absolutely no complaints. He always professional, on time and does an excellent job whenever cutting our hair. Definitely recommend headlines and Luis to anyone! read more

As a woman, it's often intimidating to go into a male dominate place such as a barber shop. However, this place didn't make me feel this way. It was super busy but I had an appointment with Favian. He was finishing up the previous appointment which was fine, I only ended up waiting about 10 minutes. I explained to him what I wanted...he calmly presented me with options...never did I feel rushed even though it was slammed. He took his time, did the job to my liking and I was in and out in about 30 mins. I will definitely be returning. read more

This is our second time here. I have been all over the area looking for the place or barber that would put a smile on my son's face. Twice we have been extremely happy with the service, price, and atmosphere. Every single barber at this location knows their stuff and are amazing at their craft. You come in looking a mess and leave like art. The fades and tight lines are on point. The prices for the high quality of work is even better. I will only come here for now on for my son's hairdo. They do awesome work to make any style of hair or beard just perfect no matter your hair type: long, straight, or ethnic. The men here are also great with kids. Never rude or harsh language even when talking sports. My son's fade with cut on top was $16. They all seem to really enjoy what they do and it shows. read more

Extremely busy but I was a walk-in and was in and out in less than an hour, this will be my droids go to shop.

I came to headlines for for a simple hair cut nothing crazy and the barber did a good job on my head and I repeat all I wanted was a hair cut not my beard. Witch I told him just a hair cut no beard line up. So he's cutting my hair and I'm watching the tv they have playing and this dude comes up and puts the trimmer to my beard and knocks a whole month and a half of growth I've been working on and lines it up and drops by beard a half inch. For some people that's not okay cause we take months to acquire the right length and growth for are beards and he charged me for it not even doing my whole beard. I had to go home and fix myself up to make my hair line straight and beard line straight and I'm not even a barber. super disappointing and unpleasant won't come here again read more

I booked an appointment with Alex for a haircut. When I get there, I told him I wanted a blow out and just to line up my beard. Not even taking it down. He said, rudely, "I don't have time to do your beard, you only signed up for just a haircut. I have people waiting." I just said, "that's fine I will go somewhere else." I got up and left. Moral of this review is, you don't treat customers like that. Especially a new customer. I will continue to drive 10 miles from home to my original barber and refuse to go back and recommend any clients going to this business. Customer service is key and that is one thing this particular barber does not have. Good job headliners. read more

I took my son to see Willie and he did an amazing job!! Everyone is friendly and he was so friendly and worked really hard to give him a great haircut. Thank you read more

Came in for a haircut and they shaved off my eyebrow! Staff is very young and inexperienced mostly boys who play video games all day waiting for their next victim. Music is loud and uncomfortable. They should be paying you to practice on your hair! Update: Still just a bunch of children with razors. Get your hair cut at a real barber. read more

DO NOT INSTALL THEIR PHONE APP! It's used to make appointments that they don't keep when you use it. I've wasted my time more than once at this shop. Making an appointment here is a waste of time they don't keep appointments. They are more focused on taking care of their buddies over customers. read more

Ok! Very simple and to the point . Don't bother with this barber shop app. You make an appointment in advance and then in a few days before your appointment I get an appointment cancelation email. That's right! I got appointment cancel without any reason. No phone call to try to reschedule , just plain canceled. Or when you show up for your appointment you still have to wait for guys ahead of you because the barber is running behind. Guys! Less talking and more working. Some of us have to go to work after the haircut. So unprofessional. Sad part they have something good and they are going to lose clients with type of attitude. Sorry , I will never use you guy again. Third time's a charm. (NOT) done deal. read more

I found these guys on google. Glad I did. Had an appointment today at 12:30. These guys do a great job.

I think I finally found a barber shop in Tampa. Ive been looking for a place for over a year now and have had all kinds of problems with previous shops. Even though its over 20 minutes from me, ill take the drive considering how well the place is run. Book online or they even have an app for reservations, although I still did wait for a bit. Haircut for me was $15 and I was very satisfied. read more

Best fade in Tampa Bay! Alex is #1. Any style that is popular he's the one to go to see. Whole staff is nice. Laid back atmosphere, big screen TV's, easy to make an appointment. Download the app and appointment making is even easier. read more

Jorge and Larry are on point. No other barber shop in the area compares. Thanks for the easy access to book an appointment (app is great) and providing a great place to get haircuts. read more

Went in and told the guy how I wear my hair he sounded as if he understood. Next thing I know it's parted on side and not like I asked he said it will be ok. My family said I looked like alfalfa! So I went back and showed him that he missed a Hugh area and the entire front he said well I did it to part on side. I said I told u what I wanted! He tried to fix it and I left. Got home and it is better but still a family joke! Not happy at all! Will not be going back! Also agree with sound from other customers it was really really loud and tv even louder to hear over music! My fault though I went there for convince! Will go back to my regular barber! I would not tell anyone to go there it seemed like they will give u what they want not what you ask for! Sorry but gave it a shot and another one to fix it and no luck! read more

Best Barber shop in Tampa.....Abi is my barber and I couldn't be happier with his work. He is always on time and provides an exceptional cut...... Download there app and make an appointment before you go, it's simple to use and the barbers prefer it. They are always on time, hardly ever have to wait if you utilize this app. Hands down best overall barbershop in the business. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They were very unprofessional. I left even before they gave my son a haircut because a few of them were sitting around doing absolutely nothing while I waited for almost an hour. Went to a different Headlines and got attended right away and they were very curtious. I guess I found a new place for my kids haircut and its DEFINITELY not here! read more

Booked an appointment for 10.30 so I did not have to wait long as I had to get back to work, manager told me I was up next, the guy who arrived just before me then told him he too had an appointment but for 10am and was 30 minutes late, guess who was up next, the guy who was late so I was not best pleased, 30 minutes later one of the other guys was free so I was ready to get up when he motioned one of the walk in customers who just arrived! when I asked why he was before me I was told that I had been assigned a barber and could only go with the person who was at least another 20 minutes from finishing, when i said that's crazy, I booked an appointment so I did not have to wait, the attitude was 'don't give a crap', that's the system, so I walked out. I have been going here every 3-4 weeks since the very first day they opened 7-8 years ago. Very very disappointing and they could not care less. read more
