POOR UNPLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could give them less than one star. I bought a gift card from Head to Toe as a birthday present for my wife. She used some of it for a pedicure and booked another appointment for Thursday at 9.30 AM. Unfortunately she got there 5 minutes late at 9.35 because she had to take the city bus. The lady at the reception claimed that my wife was supposed to be there at 9.15 and she is late, so her appointment got cancelled. My wife explained to her that she was 5 minutes late because she had to take the city bus and she booked her appointment for 9.30, not 9.15. We always write down all our appointment details on the calendar, I double checked it, it is 9.30 am. The lady then said even if she had booked it for 9.30, my wife is 5 minutes late anyways. Then the hairdresser came in and said she can't do a haircut because she has another customer booked for 9.45. My wife had no choice but go back home. She felt the staff were rude to her and didn't want to help her. They could have at least be nice to her. She was crying and very upset when she got home. I am so pissed. This was a birthday present. How embarrassing that my wife had to go through this. I am not gonna forgive them. I will make sure that I will talk to every person I know about my wife's experience and I'm going to file a complaint with BBB as well. Will NEVER EVER return to this place. read more

The pedicure itself was good, my feet felt great and the colour lasted well. Prices are high for what you get/experience and the staff was distracted and a bit hurried. For the price, I really want to be treated like a valued customer, not just another pair of feet to process. read more
